Confirmation and Governing Law

A contract between you and True Colour Fashion for the sale of our products will only exist once your order is confirmed.

The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England.

Delivery Times and Charges

We aim to deliver your goods within 2-5 working days. Our UK delivery rate under £30.00 is £3.90 per delivery to an address within UK mainland only. Countries outside the UK mainland and worldwide will have varied delivery charges. In the event should you order an item which is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible, you are entitled to cancel your order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.

Payment and V.A.T

All prices quoted on this website are accurate and are quoted in pounds sterling. Any customs or import duties levied once the packages reach your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot be predicted.
