Cancellation & Returns Policy
Once your order has been placed it will immediately begin to be processed therefore it may not be possible to cancel at this stage. If you do wish to cancel please email immediately to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We will confirm if your order has already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched you do have the right to a refund on the condition our returns procedure is followed - please see Returns Procedures below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of the purchase date (refunds do not include delivery costs).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. Returns must arrive back to us within 14 days (21 days for International Orders/Orders Made Outside the UK)

When trying on items please be extremely careful as we cannot accept items that have make up stains

Return postage of unwanted goods is to be paid by the consumer

Return Procedures
There are 2 simple steps you need to do in order to return your item/items

1.E-mail/call: State that you are returning your goods. Please include your full name, customer reference number, number of item/items and the description of the goods as well as the reason for return and the method of payment.

THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.

2. Send: All returns to be sent to True Colour Fashion, 24 Waterloo Paddock, Leadenham, Lincs, LN5 0QW  (UK)

We understand that you wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a store but we do request that you take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession as when trying on jewellery/long nails/make-up/perfume/deodorant can damage a garment.

Refunds are offered minus delivery charge (if you paid for delivery). We’ll offer a refund on delivery if the goods are faulty, plus you will be credited for reposting the goods back to us. Please beware it can take up to 28 days to resolve the issue. Once the goods have been unpacked & approved, refunds will usually be processed the same day (pending time of delivery).

You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your refund. please be aware it can take between 2-14 days for the refund to credited/shown in your account. If for some reason we cannot offer you a refund i.e. missed deadline, item not in same condition as we sent it we will email you as soon as we receive your returned goods.

Any returned goods which have been worn or washed will be returned to you and a return postage cost will be charged.

Lost or Delayed Items
True Colour Fashion cannot accept liability for delayed deliveries beyond our control. As we do not take responsibility for any items lost in the post when returning your goods. If your order gets lost in transit we will refund you in full but we do not pay compensation for items lost. Please be aware that Royal Mail is obliged to deliver to the shipping address that has been given to True Colour Fashion and is on the parcel. For that reason, I regret to inform you that we are unable to redirect a parcel if the incorrect shipping address has been given.

Faulty Item
If your item is faulty you will receive a full refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

For us to do this, you must follow the followings instruction

•Email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. stating your full name, customer reference number and contact details. You must state the item that has the fault and describe the fault in as much detail as possible.

• We will respond to your message within 48 hours

• Return the item to us within 14 days of you receiving the item(s)

• You MUST keep proof of postage and we strongly recommend that you resend it back ‘Special Delivery’ if posting via Royal Mail. This way the item is insured and you can track that we have received it

Once the item has been processed and fault clarified you will receive a full refund plus your postage fee* (we will pay up to a maximum of £10 postage fee. You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your returns within 24 hours. After you have received this email please be aware it can take up to 14 days to process the fault claim once this is done you will receive another email verifying your full refund.

Please note it takes between 2-14 days for the refund to show in your account.
